Client Focus:

When
SBC, the leading American DSL Internet provider, purchased
Prodigy, I worked with 30-year-old design firm frog
design in Austin to put together a series of short videos
explaining how Prodigy's new offerings were going to look.
The messages had to be written for a chiefly SBC audience--
employees SBC who wanted to know more about their company's
new partner. This meant we needed a voice that was at once
consumer-like and yet more B2B in sound than usual. I wrote
the scripts and we recorded in Austin. The final results--
streamlined Macromedia Flash videos that could be streamed
off the web, thanks to the expert Flash developers at frog--
are below.
